Coborn’s Wine & Spirits was designed as a refined extension of the Market & Table experience—bringing a more elevated, curated approach to beverage retail. Through a combination of strategic branding, environmental design, and immersive storytelling, the space balances premium positioning with approachability. From concept through installation, every detail was crafted to create a distinct yet connected experience within the broader flagship environment.

Brand Identity
The Coborn’s Wine & Spirits logo was designed to feel both refined and approachable, establishing a strong core identity that could flex across a variety of in-store applications. Its clean, confident structure allows it to anchor the experience while supporting a more elevated, boutique-like atmosphere within the larger Market & Table environment.
Supporting the primary mark, the Blume sub-brand introduces a softer, more expressive layer—bringing a sense of craft, discovery, and curated detail to select offerings and moments within the space. In contrast, the Premium Spirits badge serves as a clear signal of quality and distinction, highlighting top-tier selections through a more classic, elevated mark. Together, these elements create a cohesive identity system that balances consistency with variety across the Wine & Spirits experience.

Retail Experience
With the brand identity established, the focus shifted to shaping the in-store experience—translating visual language into a physical environment. Through intentional spatial planning and environmental design, the retail space was crafted to guide movement, highlight key moments, and immerse guests in a cohesive, brand-driven experience.
